When ordering reeds, Mr. Holmberg suggests #2.5 strength for most players. All wind instrument players should consider the purchase of a care kit to keep their instruments clean and working properly and a tuner/metronome combo for practicing and keeping your instrument in tune.
Also, please consider a music stand for all instrumentalists to use at home for practicing with proper posture.
